How did you get started as a comedian?

Like everyone else: very poorly.

How do you develop your act?

I think of funny shit, then say it on stage.

What’s your goal in comedy?

Dental insurance.

How do you handle a heckler?

With either physical violence, or a witty retort, depending on the circumstances.

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?

Being featured on theforce.net, after appearing on LCS.

Why do you think you didn’t advance farther than you did on Last Coming Standing?

A combination of not having any talent and everybody being out to get me.

Where’s your favorite place to perform?

America.

Who do you think is the funniest person alive?

Dave Attell, and there's not even a close second.

What do you do when you’re not on stage?

Sit around my apartment checking my Facebook, MySpace, and Yahoo! e-mail repeatedly, waiting
for that big break to come via the internet. I'm convinced that someday this will payoff.

What’s your best joke?

For free? You trying to out-Jew the Jew? Nice try, buddy.

You’ve got a beautiful wife, how’d you pull that off?

What the fuck is that supposed to mean? I resent what's implied by that question.

You and your wife are both comics. Is your house always full of one-liners?

If by one-liners, you mean intense all-consuming professional jealousy, then yes. Absolutely.

What’s your craziest moment from doing comedy on the road?

It's a tie between the time a comic I was working with got beat up by a homeless meth-addict at a
gas station in Boise, and the time another guy I was working with beat up a girl at a late-night
eatery in Chicago.

Who has influenced you as a comedian?

Rickles, Slayton, Dice, Eddie Murphy... By the way, this is all on my MySpace page, you lazy fuck.

What’s coming up in 2009 for you as a comedian?

Gee, let me consult the bones...
How the fuck should I know? I'm assuming more poverty and self-loathing, but that's just an
educated guess.

Where can we find out more about you?

Online. You don't put much effort into writing these questions, do you?

We’d like to thank Jacob Sirof for facing these “Loaded Questions”.  Go check him out online at his
MySpace and Facebook pages.

We first noticed Jacob Sirof on NBC’s Last Coming Standing.  He was hilarious on the show with
not just his act but his “interesting” Star Wars tattoos.  When we find such a bad ass,
we decide to question him.  Here’s how it went.
